Test Stephanie specializes in multi-stakeholder team building and participatory business planning. She helps individuals locate themselves in, engage with and affect the systems they exist in, empowering them every step of the way. BA studies in political sciences and international development at McGill University (Montreal) and a Masters of Management at St Mary's University (Halifax) provided a unique bridge between the inquisitive, analytical approach of the humanities and management's process-oriented, problem-solving ethos. She excels at mobilizing unlikely partners, bringing them to find alignment and create lasting impact in communities. Her practice builds on a decade of experiences, which includes capacity building and silo-busting in large companies, and managing several cross-sectoral and ecosystem development initiatives to achieve collective impact. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish. She has worked around North America, Central America, Zambia, Mongolia and the Caribbean.
