Co-op Developer Training: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

In this two-day co-operative development training program designed for co-operative and other community economic developers, participants will explore how to develop a co-operative as a means for people to work together to their mutual benefit. Workshop facilitator Marty Frost will go through the six step co-op development process consisting of predevelopment; group building and establishing the form of co-op; planning and organizing the co-ops business; financing; implementation and launch; and aftercare follow-up and mentoring.
